Any issues are dealt with immediately and communicated straight away which is really important to me as a landlord. So happy to have found a manager that shares my principles and cares about the tenant experience. I had put off writing this review due to a terrible experience with previous property manager (Haart) who did not care at all for the tenant or landlord ignoring maintenance issues and failing to communicate or respond to either tenants or landlord communication efforts. We’ve just completed on a house listed by One leggings & Sales and all I can say is I wish I’d used them for the sale of my house! Amy is nothing short of outstanding, she truly cares, is super on the ball and nothing is too much of an ask.
