What a fantastic company!!! Property management that really cares about the landlord and tenant experience. Any issues are dealt with immediately and communicated straight away which is really important to me as a landlord. So happy to have found a manager that shares my principles and cares about the tenant experience. I had put off writing this review due to a terrible experience with previous property manager (Haart) who did not care at all for the tenant or landlord ignoring maintenance issues and failing to communicate or respond to either tenants or landlord communication efforts. For this reason I wanted a good amount of time to pass whilst working with One Sales and Lettings to ensure my review of their services was accurate. I have been working with One sales and Lettings now for 15 months but had been in communication for around two years and am very happy to give a 5 start review. Excellent company and service that take great pride in what they do, something missing from many companies these days. Thank you to Amy and your team, I look forward to many years working together. We’ve just completed on a house listed by One leggings & Sales and all I can say is I wish I’d used them for the sale of my house! Amy is nothing short of outstanding, she truly cares, is super on the ball and nothing is too much of an ask. I would recommend her to friends & family looking to rent/sell their properties and we wouldn’t think twice of using if we ever sell.
